Green Gauge Consultancy

Derek Turner is a Consultant in Mental Health with a particular emphasis on the Recovery Approach. He has supported a number of voluntary and statutory organisations with organisational change towards adopting the Recovery Approach. Derek has worked in the mental health field for over thirty years in both the statutory and voluntary sectors. He worked as an ASW for South Gloucestershire Social Services before becoming an Operational Manager for NSF (now Rethink). He is now developing, with his partner, a resource in Mid Wales that provides respite and creative opportunities for people who come to stay.
